It all started one night in July 2007 over a glass of Pinot Noir…
We were both tired of working for other people and tired of not being able to get a decent bite of food after work without going to a sit-down restaurant. Hervé said he always wanted to have his own business: he had this idea for good food, but to-go. I said I could design it and that I was pretty good at organizing and record keeping...and so it began.
Papillote is a French restaurant (nay, the French restaurant) located in the historic district of Savannah, Georgia, owned and 0perated by Ann Marie Apgar and Hervé Didailler. The combination of Hervé's exceptional culinary skills and Ann Marie's design sensibility have resulted in an establishment neatly balancing elegance and sophistication with warm humor and charm.
Sans Sheriff was retained to develop their Web site as well as several advertising pieces, and strove to create a multimedia experience reflective of the retaurant's atmosphere. (If only we could have replicated the aroma of their brioche!)
